राज्य सरकार की यह Vahli Dikri Yojana 2023 गुजरात सरकार के Ministry of Women and Child Development Dept. द्वारा जारी की गई है, इस “Dear Daughter Scheme” के तहत 18 वर्ष की आयु में एक परिवार की पहली और दूसरी बेटियों को उनकी शादी या उच्च शिक्षा के लिए 1 लाख रुपये प्रदान किए जाएंगे
राज्य गुजरात के महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय ने लड़कियों के लिए प्रतिष्ठित योजना “Vahli Dikri Yojana” शुरू की है, जिसका मोटे तौर पर “Dear Daughter Scheme” में अनुवाद किया गया है। योजना की संकल्पना समाज में लड़की की सामाजिक आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत करके बालिका जन्म दर में सुधार करना है, उनकी ड्रॉपआउट दर को रोकना और बच्चों के रूप में उनकी शादी को रोकना है, जिससे समाज में सकारात्मक मानसिकता में बदलाव को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
Vahli Dikri Yojana 2023
गुजरात सरकार राज्य की बालिकाओं के लिए Vahli Dikri Yojana 2021-22 (प्रिय बेटी योजना) चला रही है। इस Vahli Dikri Yojana के तहत, राज्य सरकार शिक्षा प्रोत्साहन और परिवार की पहली और दूसरी बेटियों को 1 लाख रुपये प्रदान करेगा। यह एक लाख सहायता राशि तब प्रदान की जाएगी जब लड़की 18 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त कर लेगी। लोग सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए Vhali Dikari Yojna का आवेदन फॉर्म भर सकते हैं और योजना के तहत दी जाने वाली सहायता राशि का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।
गुजरात राज्य सरकार ने लिंग अनुपात में सुधार के लिए Vhali Dikri Yojana 2020 की शुरुआत की है, जो वर्तमान में प्रति 1000 लड़कों पर 883 लड़कियों की है। शादी या उच्च शिक्षा के लिए वाहिनी डिकारी योजना के तहत राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।
Objectives
- To promote the education and empowerment of girl children in the state of Gujarat.
- To reduce the financial burden on families with girl children.
- To encourage families to celebrate the birth of girl children and reduce the prevalence of gender discrimination and female infanticide.
- To improve the overall welfare of girl children in the state.
Target Beneficiary:
The target beneficiaries of the Vahli Dikri Yojana scheme are families with one or two girl children in the state of Gujarat.
Benefits
The following benefit will be provided to the beneficiary under Gujarat Vahli Dikri Yojana:

| 18 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने पर विवाह या उच्च शिक्षा के लिए | 100000 रुपये |
Eligibility
- This scheme is for the first two girl children of the family.
- Applicant must belong to Gujarat state.
- Applicant must have a bank account.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family should not be more than Rs. 2 Lakh.
- Girls born after 02-08-2019 are eligible to get financial assistance under Gujarat Vahli Dikri Yojana.

- Caste Certificate.
- Birth Certificate of Child.
- Bank Account Details.
Application Process
- Applicants can get the application form from the Anganwadi Centre/Gram Panchayat/ CDPO(ICDS) Office/District Women and child Officer office.
- Fill out the application form and attach all the required documents with it.
- Submit the Application Form along with the documents in the same office.
- Application Forms and Documents will be scrutinized by the concerned officials.
- The applicant will be informed through SMS about the eligibility or ineligibility.
- Eligible Beneficiaries will get financial assistance in their bank account once their application is finally approved by the department office.
